Good enough to be imitated

I hadn’t heard of Richmonds University before today — a schoool, apparently in Toronto that offers an identical set of degrees to those of Melbourne Business School circa a couple of years ago. It even sports the same website, student pictures and their building is very familiar (as you can see below) as are their lecture theatres and facilities.

Update: It appears Richmonds University has a clone of me too!

    At least they changed their phone number – it terminates at a “Richmonds University” voicemail message.

    Hmmm, well, as someone who works at a Canadian university and lived in Toronto a couple of years back, I think I can safely confirm that it’s a total fake.

    Hope no-one is falling for it. I’ve notified the relevant government officials, just in case.
