What you can’t buy on the Australian kindle

Apparently because I am an Australian author. Shouldn’t publication laws also apply to electronic versions? Productivity Commission, are you going to do anything about it?
[Update: that said, an incredible amount of Parentonomics is available on Google books. You'll need something other than a kindle to view it but it appears free.]
