NZ, welcome to the iTunes Index

Apple has opened its iTunes store in New Zealand today. Songs are NZ$1.79 and regular readers will know what that means: I can add them to the iTunes Index for exchange rates. You can get some background on that here and here. But here is the new table:

It looks like New Zealanders are getting a better deal on iTunes songs than Australians paying A$1.56 per song (over 7% percent less). However, Australians should take some comfort. If you go to the NZ iTunes site, there isn’t even enough available to fill the front page of highlighted songs!
