  1. http://www.staticice.com.au have done this with computer parts and some electronic products and parts for years now. These services have also been available for years in various other products where there is demand and pricing is not as efficient as in a market like retail fuel. Choice magazine was around for years before the internet.

    I’d prefer the government waste time and money elsewhere.
