You don’t discuss equality of opportunity. Perhaps this is hard to measure and analyse. I would expect this to be more strongly correlated with economic growth (a meritocratic society should be more productive) and also correlated with crime (if smart people are denied legitimate opportunities, they may seek illegitimate ones).
